I cannot recommend Business Coaching (Michael Shinnick in particular) highly enough.

The main benefit I received with Michaels help was to fast-track some very necessary improvements in my business.

I brought my two managers to Michael’s Workshops. This motivated them and created a Team element to our In-House relationship. My Managers, being more motivated, performed well above average in getting done everything that we had set out to do during each Workshop.

Over a seven month period I and my Managers are now in a position to expand our business with a far higher level of ease than had we not employed Michaels’ services. We still have lots to do but we are much more focused on exactly what needs to be done and thus it will be achieved far quicker than normal.

Before starting coaching, we didn't know much about it but our first thoughts on it was that it could be a waste of time and money as we didn't think we "needed" coaching. 

Our challenge was trying to focus on things that are more important and how to achieve them. Before starting coaching I thought it was a good idea but costly for both time and pocket.

I had a challenge with delegation and worrying that work may not be carried out as I expected.  This meant that I was having difficulty finding time to get through the workload myself.  I needed to get all involved in the company working together as a team, but found that team efficiency and communication were lacking.

Through Jane’s coaching I have learnt how important it is to constantly check margins and work to maintain them.  I have introduced a procedures manual and tracking sheet to ensure that everybody maintains the same high standards.  I have also learnt that to grow a business, one needs systems in place that work and that I have to surround myself with positive, productive people.
