Michael Shinnick

Michael Shinnick has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UCC and is a qualified Management Accountant. Michael started his Business Coaching career with Action COACH Business Coaching, the world’s number one business coaching firm, where he received 12 coaching awards including being awarded the prestigious European Coach of the Year title for four years in a row!! Adjudged at being the number one coach in Europe for four years in a row is in recognition of his positive impact on local business owners and the growth of his own business coaching practice.

Prior to embarking on his coaching career Michael gained extensive experience in senior management positions in Banking and Financial Services in Ireland. With the rapid expansion of Irelands Financial Services Industry Michael enjoyed phenomenal success in building teams and systems to help deal effectively with the volume of growth being experienced.

Michael now enjoys using his skills to bring out the best in owners and their management teams within organisations in the SME and Corporate sectors. Michael enjoys coaching business owners to be more successful, confident and achieve amazing results in all that they do. Michael combines his past experience with the practical tools he has developed over the years to deliver amazing results for his clients.
