Michael has helped me achieve goals I have had for years and never knew how to reach them.

In recent times I had become frustrated with my business, wanting to grow it but also wanting to keep overheads at bay. I brought Michael on board because I was at burn out stage and I could not see a way out. The main benefit I received with Michaels help was to fast-track some very necessary improvements in my business.

I brought my two managers to Michael’s Workshops. This motivated them and created a Team element to our In-House relationship. My Managers, being more motivated, performed well above average in getting done everything that we had set out to do during each Workshop.

Over a seven month period I and my Managers are now in a position to expand our business with a far higher level of ease than had we not employed Michaels’ services. We still have lots to do but we are much more focused on exactly what needs to be done and thus it will be achieved far quicker than normal.

Although I consider myself to be quite tenacious, determined and efficient,  I have no doubt that left to my own devices  I would not have achieved as much in 2007 had I been left to my own devices i.e. without the help of Michael Shinnick.
